CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule. To ensure we provide the best service to all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place: 🚩24-Hour Notice Required • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee to the card on file. 🚩 No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations • If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within 4 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings. 🚩Late Arrivals • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. 🚩 Deposits (If Required) • Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit will go toward your service but is forfeited if you cancel late or no-show. By booking with Servant of Skin, you agree to these terms.
